I have been writing for as long as I can remember. I've been writing with an eye toward publication since I was seventeen. I've come a long way since I started. I have a deep affection for science fiction and fantasy - I cut my teeth on Star Trek and Narnia. My mother was a bigger Trekkie than me - I was just in it for Spock. Of course, I was five and bound and determined to marry him when I grew up.
